• ​Role of the Platform: jobsite.finance is a job aggregation and application routing platform. We display job openings from various independent NGOs and forward user profiles to them. We are not the direct employer and do not control the final hiring decisions, interview timelines, or selection processes of individual NGOs.
• ​Application Fees: To apply for any position listed on our portal, users are required to pay a one-time registration and profile processing fee of ₹99.
• ​Strict Non-Refundable Policy: The ₹99 application and processing fee is completely non-refundable under any circumstances. Once the payment is processed, no requests for refunds or cancellations will be entertained, regardless of whether the applicant is selected, rejected, or called for an interview.
• ​No Guarantee of Employment: Paying the registration fee and submitting an application does not guarantee that you will receive an interview call, a response within a specific timeframe, or an offer of employment. Selection depends entirely on the candidate’s qualifications and the discretion of the hiring NGO.
• ​Accuracy of Information: Users are solely responsible for providing true, accurate, and updated information in their application forms. Providing false details may lead to immediate disqualification by the hiring NGOs.
