​Welcome to Local Jobs. By paying the consultancy fee and using our platform, you agree to the following terms. These terms govern the relationship between you (the Candidate) and Local Jobs (the Consultant).

​1. Nature of Consultancy Services

​Local Jobs acts as a professional intermediary between job seekers and local employers. Our service includes:

• ​Profile Optimization: Reviewing your professional details to ensure they meet employer standards.
• ​Employer Referral: Directly forwarding your profile to the hiring managers of the roles you apply for.
• ​Interview Coordination: Consulting with the job provider to facilitate and schedule an interview for the candidate.
• ​Career Guidance: Providing basic advice on how to clear the interview for the specific role selected.

​2. The Consultancy Fee (₹499)

• ​Service Activation: The fee of ₹499 is a Consultancy Commitment Fee. It is charged for the time and effort our experts spend coordinating with job providers on your behalf.
• ​No Guarantee of Hire: While our consultancy ensures that your profile reaches the employer and we push for an interview, the final hiring decision, salary negotiation, and job offer are strictly between the Employer and the Candidate.
• ​Single-Role Focus: Each consultancy fee is generally applicable to a specific job application cycle.

​3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• ​Non-Refundable: Once the consultancy process has started (i.e., we have shared your data with a potential employer or initiated a background check), the fee is non-refundable.
• ​Technical Errors: If a payment is deducted twice due to a server error, we will refund the duplicate amount upon verification of the transaction ID.

​4. Candidate Responsibilities

• ​Honesty: You must provide 100% accurate information regarding your experience and education. If an employer rejects you because of fake documents, Local Jobs is not responsible.
• ​Professionalism: Once an interview is scheduled through our consultancy, you are expected to attend on time. Failure to attend scheduled interviews without prior notice may result in being blacklisted from our platform.

​5. Privacy & Data Handling

​By using our consultancy, you give us explicit permission to share your Resume, Phone Number, and ID details with potential Job Providers for the purpose of securing an interview. We do not sell your data to third-party marketing firms.

​6. Limitation of Liability

​Local Jobs is a facilitator. We are not the employer. We are not responsible for the workplace conditions, salary delays, or any disputes that occur after you have been hired by the job provider.

​7. Dispute Resolution

​Any disputes arising from this consultancy agreement shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the local courts in Bihar, India.
