1. Scope of Service
Local Jobs provides a digital verification service and priority job-listing access. By paying the ₹499 Verification Fee, you are initiating a manual authentication process of your professional credentials.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate allocation of resources (background checks, database updates, and employer notifications), all payments are strictly non-refundable. * Service Activation: Once payment is confirmed, the verification process begins immediately.
Outcome: The fee is for the process of verification and priority listing, regardless of whether a job offer is secured, as hiring decisions remain at the sole discretion of the employers.
3. Payment Errors
In the event of a technical glitch where a duplicate payment is made, the user must provide a valid transaction ID and bank statement within 24 hours. In such confirmed cases of technical error, a refund of the duplicate amount will be processed to the original payment source within 7-10 business days.
4. User Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the user to provide accurate information. If a verification is rejected due to the submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent documents, no refund will be issued, and the account may be permanently flagged.
