• Query Resolution: Handling incoming subscriber inquiries, plan activations, and service questions politely via phone calls and WhatsApp.

• Call Logging: Keeping a clean daily record of customer complaints and updating their resolution status on our network log.

• Support Coordination: Escalating complex connectivity or technical issues to the backend engineering team for quick resolution.

• Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring every caller receives helpful information, clear plan guidance, and an excellent service experience.

[Technical Skills Required]

• Clear speaking and strong communication skills in Hindi.

• Basic ability to read and understand English text and system instructions.

• Comfortable using smartphones, customer relationship apps, and WhatsApp Business.

• Polite manners and patience when handling queries from different types of callers.
