We are looking for a highly skilled Master Diesel Mechanic to lead our heavy-duty vehicle repair division. This position is for a seasoned professional who understands that heavy commercial vehicles are the backbone of logistics and transport. We need a dedicated expert who takes pride in diagnosing complex engine issues, reviving dead motors, and ensuring maximum road uptime for our fleet. This is a senior, hands-on role in a busy workshop environment.

[Detailed Responsibilities]

• Engine Overhauling: Complete breakdown, servicing, and rebuilding of heavy-duty TATA, Leyland, and Eicher diesel engines. • System Diagnosis: Troubleshooting advanced fuel injection pumps, common rail systems, and hydraulic malfunctions. • Preventative Maintenance: Creating and executing routine maintenance schedules for commercial trucks and tippers to minimize breakdowns. • Team Supervision: Managing a team of 3 junior mechanics and providing practical, on-the-job guidance for complex repairs. • Safety Compliance: Ensuring all mechanical repairs meet company quality checklists and commercial vehicle safety standards.

[Technical Skills Required]

• Complete expertise in commercial Air-Brake systems, gearboxes, and power steering assemblies. • Proficiency in identifying issues using manual pressure gauges and basic digital scanner tools. • Strong practical understanding of engine components and mechanical layout for commercial transport vehicles.
